Patient Services Assistant (1 positions available)
Fast growing and employee friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Representative Assistant in our Willow Grove, PA location; the hours are full-time, 8am to 4:30pm, no weekends.
We are seeking a candidate who wants to work in a friendly and safe office environment.
The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.
Essential Functions:
  • Prepare work orders
  • Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
  • Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
  • Prepare and submit chart for billing
  • Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
  • Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patients
  • Assure flow of service
  • Assist front desk when needed
  • Perform basic office functions such as faxing, scanning, telephones, and emailing
  • Cover the front desk as needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned
