Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exemplary support to our valued customers. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact, managing order processing, phone inquiries, and email communications to ensure a seamless experience. You will collaborate closely with internal technical and administrative departments to provide timely, accurate solutions to product and service inquiries. Your work directly impacts customer loyalty and operational efficiency, making you a vital asset to our collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily order processing by entering, approving, and following up on incoming orders, quotes, and returns accurately within our internal ERP system.
  • Delivering exceptional customer support by handling incoming phone calls and emails with a courteous, helpful, and professional approach
  • Communicating with customers by phone or email to verify details and resolve questions related to existing orders, quotes, deliveries, pricing and product specifications.
  • Resolving product inquiries by actively listening to customer needs and collaborating with internal technical teams for expert guidance
  • Accurately processing new customer account requests and ensuring all documentation is handled efficiently.
  • Collaborating across departments to resolve customer issues quickly, leveraging team expertise to build long-term customer loyalty and rapport.
  • Delivering outstanding service to build strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.
  • Provide regular front-desk coverage at the assigned location, including greeting visitors, directing calls and inquiries, and supporting general office needs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency with email, chat, and video conferencing.

Preferred:
  • Post-secondary degree or coursework in business or a related field.
  • Background in business administration, general office settings, or data entry roles.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and CRM or ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of handling customer complaints and driving effective problem resolution.
