Job description

Patient Service Representative

Open Door Health Services is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative at the 333 S. Madison St. location in Muncie, Indiana. As an Open Door Patient Service Representative, you will be part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, compassionate support to individuals and families.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients by greeting, checking in, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage patient records and administrative tasks in the EMR, including registration, insurance verification, chart updates, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff to support efficient and timely patient care.
  • Perform front-office and operational duties such as collecting payments, maintaining logs, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall clinic operations.

Successful candidates will:
