Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, one of the country's top fertility centers, is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our office. This is an exciting full time position that requires one rotating weekend shift and some holidays. A successful candidate must possess a High School Degree; Associates or Bachelors preferred, and should be passionate about providing excellent patient care. Verbal and reading skills, basic familiarity with computers and computer applications and excellent interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: interacting with patients; practicing effective, courteous communication; answering telephones; scheduling appointments; preparing charts; consistently ensuring appropriate forms are used; collecting patient payments due at the time of service; verifying accurate insurance information; application of good judgment and initiative; adaptable to changes in workload; other related tasks as needed.

NOTE - Tax withholding is calculated using Federal and New York State 2022 income tax guidelines. For simplification, we've assumed "single" marital status and no additional income. This does not represent any legal authority and is just an estimate used for approximation purposes.
