Our busy cardiology practice is seeking an experienced and personable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Fairhope, Alabama. This position serves as a key point of contact for our patients and is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, check-in and check-out, and managing medical referrals.
The ideal candidate will have previous medical office or hospital experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while providing excellent patient service in a fast-paced medical office environment.
This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid holidays off.

  • Register patients and ensure demographic and insurance information is accurate and up to date
  • Check patients in and out for appointments
