Description:

We are looking for a motivated Patient Recruitment Specialist to help grow our DOCS Dental patient base and strengthen community connections. This role is perfect for a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and promoting healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate 32–64 new patients per week for our dental office.
  • Represent DOCS Dental at events, community gatherings, and local outreach initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Promote services through presentations, word-of-mouth, and direct engagement.
  • Assist with scheduling new patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Support event setup and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Gather community feedback and share insights with the internal team.
Requirements:
  • People-oriented, able to connect with the public in a friendly, professional, and approachable way
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and ready to take on new challenges
  • Able to represent DOCS Dental with integrity and clear, accurate messaging
  • Experience with military communities is a plus
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID Drivers License prior to starting
  • Some weekend availability required
