Job description

Hospice – Patient Care Manager (RN)

Our client is a growing healthcare organization based in Peachtree Corners, GA that offers its employees a great work/life balance, top-rated management, and a low turnover rate.

The Position: We're actively looking for a Patient Care Manager (RN). The pay range our client is offering is $100,000-$110,000 salary.

19 days – PTO 1st year

8 holidays

$0.50 mileage reimbursement

$75/mo allowance (housekeeping, gym membership, car detail, massage, mani/pedi)

Requirements:

Must be a registered nurse licensed to practice in this state who has at least three (3) years hospice experience.

Clinical management experience

Must have current basic life support certification

Must have reliable transportation and maintain a current driver license in the state and maintain automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

Monday – Friday (8:00 to 5:00)

In office position

Administrative on-call – 1:3 weeks

Willing to help when needed and travel in the field when necessary

Supervises and directs all clinical services in the absences of the clinical director

Partners with the other patient care manager to ensure staff is prepared for state survey, instructing staff on matters of conduct and disclosure, being interviewed by surveyors, immediate plan of corrections of problems noted by surveyors.
