This position requires three 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. This role includes monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs and patient conditions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Utilize advanced technology and equipment for patient care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Valid RN license in the applicable state or Compact license.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
  • Experience with Epic charting system is required.
  • Travel experience is preferred, with a patient ratio experience of 2:1.
