As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you're not just at the front desk-you're the first impression, the connector, and the energy of the clinic. You help patients feel seen, supported, and confident in their care from the moment they walk in. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants a role where you can grow and make an impact-this is for you.
This position requires candidates to speak fluent Spanish and English.
Why People Love Working at Vida
  • Team-based, collaborative care (you're never doing this alone).
  • Real growth opportunities across multiple clinics.
  • A company focused on innovation and better patient care.
  • A culture built on teamwork, humility, and continuous growth.
  • Generous + flexible paid time off.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Comprehensive Insurance (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more).
  • $2,000/year Internal Wellness Credits (used on services).
  • Product & supplement discounts.
  • 401(k) with employer match.

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Responsibilities
You'll be the hub of the clinic, helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience.
โ€ข Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the moment they enter.
โ€ข Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, balancing clinic schedules with patient needs.
โ€ข Communicate clearly with patients in both Spanish and English, ensuring all information is accessible and accurate.
โ€ข Facilitate seamless patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a smooth flow within the clinic.
โ€ข Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
โ€ข Manage patient records with precision, safeguarding confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
โ€ข Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and reassurance with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
โ€ข Fluency in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication with all patients.
โ€ข Experience in a healthcare setting, understanding the nuances of patient care and clinic operations.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a calm and organized environment.
โ€ข Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, making every patient feel valued and understood.
โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with patients and team members alike.
โ€ข Attention to detail in managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
โ€ข Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, supporting a seamless patient care experience.
โ€ข Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients.
