Job Summary: Transports patients within the Cancer Center as needed for oncology services.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; some hospital experience preferred.
  • Maintain current CPR certification in compliance with department policy.
  • The Transporter must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
