Job description

A community-focused, not-for-profit healthcare system southeast of Salem, Oregon is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join its internal medicine outpatient clinic in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine role (40 hours/week)
  • Adult primary care focused on chronic disease, acute care, and prevention
