Job description

Front desk/Patient coordinator

We are looking to hire a front desk coordinator with excellent customer service and sales skills for a part-time/full time position.

The ideal candidate should be:

- energetic, motivated for success, self-starter, collaborate well with the other members of our office - excellent customer service is a must

- schedule appointments, checking patients benefits with the insurances, filling in patients/ demographics

-knowing/learning to use a scanner, fax machine, email, shredding

- computer use for performing various tasks related to Electronic Medical Records (training available), OfficeMate/Crystal PM experience is a plus but not mandatory

- Sales experience and aptitude is a plus

- learning about contact lenses

- excited about learning new things related with the patients eye care

- professional advancement in the field as an optician

- on the job training will be available as needed for very motivated employees
