Upper Valley Family Dental, PC

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Office Team Member to join our growing dental practice. If you enjoy helping people, multitasking, and working in a positive professional environment, we’d love to meet you.

* Position: Full-Time Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
* Schedule: Approximately 39 hours per week
* Pay: $19–$27/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

* Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming experience
* Answer phones and schedule appointments
* Verify insurance and assist with billing questions
* Manage patient records and front desk communication
* Coordinate daily schedule and support smooth office flow
