Job description

The Patient Safety Associate supports the nursing team by providing continuous, direct observation of assigned patients to promote safety and reduce risk. 

The Patient Safety Associate is accountable to the registered nurse or charge nurse coordinating unit activities and receives assignments through the staffing office.

 This role provides high quality service to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining clear, professional communication and strict adherence to patient safety protocols.

High school diploma or G.E.D 

Customer service in a healthcare environment preferred.
