Job description

Busy multi-specialty practice seeking an experienced Patient Accounts Representative. Qualified candidates must be dependable, have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills, be organized and detailed oriented. Medical office experienced required. Working knowledge of Greenway and Phreesia software a plus.

Duties may include:

  • Verifying and requesting patient insurance
  • Requesting referrals
  • Working up patient charts for bad debt and collection
  • Discuss copays and deductibles with new patients
  • Assist front desk
  • Other business office duties as needed
