Patient Account Representative (PAR)About the Role

As a Patient Account Representative (PAR), you’ll play a key role in helping patients resolve their medical accounts. This is a customer-focused position where you’ll provide support, answer questions, and guide patients through their payment options with professionalism and care. If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with people, and working in a supportive team environment, this is a great opportunity for you!


What You’ll Do
  • Take inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with account questions.

  • Explain balances, payment options, and financial responsibilities clearly and professionally.

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and process payments accurately.

  • Update patient information and maintain accurate account records.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve account issues.

  • Meet performance goals while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
