As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your duties will encompass a range of therapeutic practices, including:

• Conducting extensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs and status of clients.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and therapeutic needs.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing a variety of solution-focused therapeutic methods.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage various client caseloads efficiently.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic practices, prior experience in a counseling role, familiarity with telehealth technologies, and a keen understanding of mental health legislation and ethical best practices.
