Center Clinical Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient -Houston, TX

COMPENSATION: $280 base + Bonus' and Partnership

Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. Their model focuses on personalized, respectful, and accessible care that delivers better health outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

  • Salary: Base $280,000
  • Bonus: up to 20% of base salary
  • Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
  • Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
