Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients, both online and in-person, focusing on children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide crisis intervention services both in person and via phone, while adequately preparing for and addressing non-crisis situations.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and required training sessions to promote best practices in client care.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and administration of interns, aligning their development with programmatic goals.
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment events to attract interns and maintain relationships with universities.
  • Facilitate the training and mentorship of interns, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local mental health policies.
  • Engage in quality assurance activities and audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work principally with children, adolescents, and families, addressing a wide range of emotional and social issues. Utilizing both in-person and telehealth models, you will support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics, working tirelessly to foster resilience and positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
