This position is fundamentally a remote role, allowing for flexibility in work hours while maintaining a structured and supportive framework. The LCSW will collaborate closely with school site personnel, healthcare professionals, and interns, utilizing technology for telehealth services. • Provide psychotherapy and clinical consultations to clients, both in-person (as needed) and via telehealth meetings.
• Oversee and participate in the evaluation and performance enhancement of interns, ensuring they meet programmatic outcomes.
• Collaborate with centralized intake providers and clinical supervisors to manage intern caseloads efficiently, addressing any arising concerns promptly.
• Regularly audit and maintain compliance with documentation standards to meet agency policies and funding regulations.
• Attend and contribute to agency meetings and professional development training as required.
• Compile and submit timely programmatic reports to the Director as requested.
• Facilitate recruitment events, training, and workshops for interns and university partners, emphasizing the importance of adapting to evolving federal, state, and county regulations.
• Maintain a client-focused approach by ensuring timely and accurate data entry into our AWARDS electronic health record system.
• Ensure a tidy workspace and report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals and families navigating emotional challenges within a school setting. This role emphasizes the importance of culturally competent care, recognizing the unique experiences of each client. You'll collaborate with educators and families to create supportive environments conducive to social and emotional development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Residing in the United States is a requirement with a reliable internet connection for telehealth services.
• Experience with electronic health record systems is advantageous.

• A background working within school-based mental health services is highly regarded.
• Experience in providing supervised clinical trainings for interns and students is desirable.
• Familiarity with contemporary mental health regulations and policies in California will be beneficial.

The full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
