Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy and clinical consultations to clients, both in-person (as needed) and via telehealth meetings.
  • Oversee and participate in the evaluation and performance enhancement of interns, ensuring they meet programmatic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with centralized intake providers and clinical supervisors to manage intern caseloads efficiently, addressing any arising concerns promptly.
  • Regularly audit and maintain compliance with documentation standards to meet agency policies and funding regulations.
  • Attend and contribute to agency meetings and professional development training as required.
  • Compile and submit timely programmatic reports to the Director as requested.
  • Facilitate recruitment events, training, and workshops for interns and university partners, emphasizing the importance of adapting to evolving federal, state, and county regulations.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach by ensuring timely and accurate data entry into our AWARDS electronic health record system.
  • Ensure a tidy workspace and report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
