  • Monitor critical moisture readings and maintain structured job site documentation for property insurance validation.
  • Collaborate with property owners directly to deliver compassionate service and clear operational updates during stressful crises.
  • Enforce strict compliance with company safety protocols and industry-standard IICRC field operational guidelines.
  • Coordinate real-time logistical updates with the Mitigation Manager to prevent project delays or material shortages.

  • Flexibility to respond to unpredictable after-hours emergency calls and participate in an on-call schedule rotation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification or equivalent technical disaster recovery training.
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex structural drying setups or specialized mold remediation layouts.
  • Strong communication skills optimized for reassuring property owners and managing fluid team dynamics on-site.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Bi-weekly pay cycle with competitive hourly rates based on prior restoration experience.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) availability.
  • Sponsored life insurance, disability protection, and specialized pet insurance programs.
  • Dedicated retirement savings program to support long-term financial security.
