What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in PA only

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30

Coverage: Pathology:

Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 pm

Dates of Coverage:

Aug 26-30

Ongoing

No Call

Caseload:

o 25-35 surgical a day

o Possible additional 10 Cytologies (optional)

o 3 to 10 bone marrow and flow cytometry cases a day (optional)

o Not responsible for blood bank

o Not responsible for grossing own specimens

o Will not be cutting frozen sections on the cryostat

o No calls

o No involvement with residents – Surgical

Staff:

2 Physicians and will be present with locums

8 histotechnologists

1 Pathology Assistants

2 cytotechnologists
