Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based therapy team. Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, the SLPA will help implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy services, and support students in developing their communication skills.   • Carry out treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collect and record student progress data.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations under the direction of the supervising SLP.

  • Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or bachelor’s in communication sciences and Disorders (or related field).
  • Active SLPA license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
