Perform specialized procedures such as Modified Barium Swallow Studies, FEES, and tracheostomy care with excellence and precision. Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a departmental leader by guiding daily operations, mentoring junior clinicians, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Lead at least one annual initiative in clinical research, quality improvement, or program development. Subspecialty Expertise: Demonstrate advanced competency in at least two specialty areas such as laryngectomy rehabilitation, TEP management, voice therapy, pharyngeal manometry, or lymphedema management. WORK EXPERIENCE Required: Three years Relevant work experience in an outpatient or acute care hospital setting post-clinical Fellowship, to include one year of experience in an oncology setting and two years relevant work experience post clinical fellowship.

Successful completion of MD Anderson fellowship can substitute one of the three required years of experience. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Required: SLP - Speech-Language Pathologist Certification in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Upon Hire Required: SP-L - Licensed Speech Pathologist License in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology within 30 Days of hire.
