Job Summary (Pathologist Assistant):  Saranac Lake, NY
- Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Work location within a 75-mile radius (urgent need)
- Requires Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Pathologist Assistant program
- Must have valid NYS Pathologist Assistant license
- Acceptable additional NYS licenses: HT/HTL or MLT/MT
- Minimum one year experience as a Pathologist Assistant
- Essential experience in:
- Surgical Pathology
- Histology
- Cytology
- General Pathology
- Autopsy Pathology
- Responsible for assisting pathologists in gross examination, preparation, and processing of tissue specimens
- Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with laboratory protocols
- Collaborates with medical and laboratory staff to support diagnostic processes
