Path Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become an essential part of our team. This role is performed in a remote setting, allowing flexibility in your work environment while fostering a strong connection with your patients. • Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic atmosphere.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions about case management and the ongoing development of treatment approaches.
• Refer clients to additional specialists when necessary to facilitate comprehensive care.

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and addiction. You will be instrumental in guiding patients towards healthier lifestyles, emphasizing the importance of familial and social support networks in the treatment process.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients toward positive change.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and platforms for remote counseling sessions.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
