A global manufacturer of aerospace, military, and medical metal components is growing their Foundry team and is hiring skilled individuals who enjoy working with metal in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This company supplies critical components used in high-performance industries and offers a stable career path with room to grow.
 
As a full-time, temp-to-hire Metal Fabrication, you'll use arc welding techniques to remove gates and excess metal from precision castings, preparing parts for the next stage of production. 
 
Metal Fabrication Job Duties:
  • Use a torch or rod to remove extra metal from cast parts
  • Follow instructions to make clean cuts without damaging the parts
  • Get parts ready for the next steps like cutting, grinding, or polishing
  • Keep your tools and work area clean and in good condition
  • Sort leftover metal for recycling
 
Pay: $27.38 per hour

Schedule: Must be open to day, swing, and graveyard shifts 
  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am â€“ 2:30pm
 
Metal Fabrication Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 months of experience using arc welding, air arc, or similar metal fabrication tools 
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or foundry environment and wearing required PPE 
  • Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
  • Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
