Position Summary

We're looking for Pilates Instructors to join our team at the Ballantyne studio in Charlotte, NC. As an instructor, you'll lead engaging, results-driven reformer classes and help every client — from first-timers to seasoned members — feel supported, challenged, and motivated to keep coming back.

Requirements

Previous group fitness teaching experience, or a comprehensive Pilates certification.

Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate clients of all levels.

Reliable availability and a team-first mindset.
