Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.
ROLE: Patent Paralegal (Filing, Formalities & Compliance)
About the Role
Launch Legends, together with its subsidiary Legendary IP LLC, is seeking a Patent Paralegal to support our attorney through preparation, filing, and prosecution of Autheo's ~200 patents. This role ensures filings are compliant, complete, timely, and organized for global protection.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, and PCT applications.
• Manage docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO.
• Compile inventor declarations, assignments, formal drawings, and application materials.
• Prepare IDS submissions and maintain compliance with disclosure rules.
• Manage communication between inventors and IP team for signatures and documentation.
Requirements - Must Have
• 3-10 years experience as a patent paralegal.
• Strong understanding of USPTO and PCT formalities.
• Excellent document management and organizational skills.
First 90-Day Deliverables
• Prepare filings for first 50 provisional applications.
• Establish docketing system and filing workflows.
