Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Patagonia store in Nogales, AZ. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and educate customers on Patagonia’s mission and product features.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Support store operations and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
