As the Operations Coordinator for Patagonia Provisions, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational execution across order management,logistics, inventory coordination, and office operations.You'llwork closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, and externallogisticspartners to ensure orders move smoothly from entry through delivery, whilemaintainingaccurate,auditreadydocumentation and supporting sustainability and reporting needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare andmaintainshipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, commercial invoices, and related forms.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, ora relatedfield - or equivalent experience.
Hiring Range:$75,000- $85,000 USD Annual

Workplace Location Overview
This position is Hybrid, with a standard schedule of Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
