Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Passport Health

About Us - Passport Health is North America's largest provider of travel medicine and immunization services, with 300+ clinics across the U.S. and Canada. Our team prepares travelers for safe, healthy journeys by protecting them from vaccine-preventable diseases worldwide.

Teams Hiring

  • Service Line – Handle client inquiries and provide accurate travel health guidance

  • Booking Line – Schedule appointments efficiently based on travel timelines and clinical availability

About the Role - You'll be the first voice clients hear when they call for travel health services. This role blends customer support and sales - helping clients get accurate guidance, scheduled quickly, and feeling confident before they travel. Travelers are booking vaccines, prescriptions, and documentation on tight timelines, and you'll make sure they get the care they need.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via inbound phone calls

  • Gather key travel details including destination, departure dates, and trip purpose

  • Identify time-sensitive needs and secure same-day or near-term appointments when necessary

  • Schedule consultations, immunization visits, and follow-up appointments with attention to detail

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

  • Support leadership with administrative and project-based tasks

  • Manage multiple requests calmly in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting goals

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Google Suite and learning new systems

  • Bilingual English/French required

  • Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure

  • Ability to work in-person at our Downtown Toronto office

Compensation & Schedule

  • $19.00/hour

  • Set weekday schedules: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM (6-8 hour shifts)

  • Saturdays on a rotational basis
