Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials that drive manufacturing success? Paslin, a leader in automation systems integration, is seeking a Material Coordinator to join our team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage material flow using the ERP system to support manufacturing needs.
  • Receive and organize materials within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate and expedite material between departments.
  • Verify purchased materials against the bill of materials.
  • Transport materials between departments as needed.
  • Monitor tool assembly work orders for material availability.
  • Oversee job-to-job material transfers and warehouse locations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft AX preferred), intermediate computer skills with MS Office programs
  • Shop Skills: Powered industrial truck experience (forklift), pallet jack, hand scanner and barcode, 6S, PFEP, FIFO and Rack-Shelf-Bin logic

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly stand, walk, bend, and twist. Use vision to read labels. Use hands to lift and carry items.
  • Frequently lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. Participate in team lift activities for heavy items.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and manufacturing site environments.
  • This position works 6am-430pm, Monday - Friday, with OT as needed.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be required between Paslin facilities or to vendor locations.
