Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range:
$45k- includes unlimited commissions, great opportunity to make six-figures!

Position Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for the entire line of CASE Agricultural Equipment. Drive territory growth for CASE Agriculture by winning new growers and expanding existing accounts. Consultative, on-farm sales across equipment, rentals, parts, and service—with CRM discipline and tight coordination with the branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow accounts with small, medium, and large farming operations within the Sonsray Machinery AG dealer territory.
  • Drive new business development to achieve sales volume, revenue growth, and gross profit goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Sell the company’s full range of offerings, including new and used equipment, short lines, rentals, parts, and services.
  • Generate new accounts through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits.
  • Coordinate closely with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide equipment demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Regularly travel to visit existing customers and prospect new clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimun 3-5 years experience inagricultural machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and general internet functions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to comply with all road safety rules, traffic laws, and Auto/Equipment Safety regulations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
