Goldfish Swim School is hiring a Birthday Party Coordinator to help deliver fun, safe, and memorable pool parties while supporting our mission of teaching children how to be safe in and around water. This role is perfect for energetic, organized individuals who love working with kids and can confidently lead group events.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour
Scheduled Hours:

  • Saturdays: 2-7pm (required)
  • Minimum of 2 shifts/week other than Saturdays 2-7pm (required)

What You'll Do
  • Lead and coordinate birthday pool parties from start to finish
  • Ensure a safe, fun, and organized party experience for swimmers and families
  • Oversee pool safety and follow all lifeguarding and facility procedures
  • Set up and break down party spaces, decorations, and supplies
  • Communicate clearly with families and collaborate with deck and front desk staff

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication skills
  • Must be comfortable supervising children in and around the pool
  • Experience working with children, events, recreation, or customer service preferred
  • Reliable availability during required party times

Training & Growth
  • Paid training provided
  • Lifeguard certification is required while employed
    • Courses made available to you for immediate completion
    • You are paid for training time
  • Sales & Service Associate training is required
  • Ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow within the team/train in other positions
