COPA STC is a state-of-the-art sports and training facility dedicated to providing exceptional soccer and athletic experiences for players of all ages and skill levels. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality programming and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Position Overview
The Party Coach plays a key role in creating fun, active, and memorable birthday parties and special events at COPA STC. Party Coaches lead groups of children through games, activities, and soccer-themed challenges while maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging environment. This role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
Weekend availability on both Saturday and Sunday is required. This is a highly interactive, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with kids and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate birthday parties and group events, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all participants.
  • Deliver engaging soccer or sports-based games and activities appropriate for each age group.
  • Set up and break down party areas before and after each event.
  • Communicate clearly with parents, children, and other staff to ensure smooth transitions between activities.
  • Support the Party Lead and front desk team in maintaining organization and timing throughout each party.
  • Assist with equipment setup, cleanliness, and adherence to facility safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the COPA STC brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Adapt quickly to changing group sizes, schedules, or party dynamics as needed.

Qualifications
  • Must be available both Saturday and Sunday each weekend.
  • Prior experience working with children (sports coaching, recreation, camps, or childcare) preferred.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
