PART-TIME Weekends & As Needed - Front Desk Receptionist - Large Senior Living Community

We are seeking a detail oriented, customer service first, happy, outgoing, energetic, and get the job done Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team at Broadway Proper Senior Living for Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 11pm shift and as needed between the team. Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with an outstanding customer service and supportive attitude. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, dress professionally and have outstanding people skills that exemplifies kindness and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative task
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and other platforms.
  • Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and other platforms.
    • Must be able to multitask and be familiar with admin responsibilities
    • Valid driver’s license. 
    • Desire to serve and help others
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Must be able to obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Card
    • Must be able to obtain CPR Certification
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen
    • Lead by example and be an exemplar team player
    • Ability to plan and communicate in both written and spoken English
