Avista Senior Living or Casa Grande ย is looking to add an exceptional, responsibleย RECEPTIONISTย ย to our Front Desk team at of our beautiful community.ย This position would be PART TIME.

The Receptionist serves as the face of our community and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all residents, families, and guests. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall experience of our community by ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and cared for.

This is a hospitality-focused role within an independent living community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and kindness
  • Answer phones and assist with inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Support a positive, hospitality-driven environment for residents and guests
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Place work orders when notified by staff, residents or family's
  • Monitor all visitors coming and going from the community and ensure they are signing in and out

Shift Responsibilities (8:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM) (1:00 PM- 6:00 PM)

  • Have or obtain: Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid, CPR, Food Handlers Card

  • Comfortable working independently (especially overnight shift)
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
