A walk through the Harley-Davidson Museum is a walk through the history of America. With an unrivaled collection of Harley-Davidsonยฎ motorcycles and memorabilia, a 20-acre, park-like campus, and a calendar full of activities, the H-D Museum is one of Milwaukee, WI's top tourist destinations for visitors from around the globe. Join the H-D Museum as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate and help create an experience that will stay with visitors for a lifetime.
The seasonal Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for Museum retail store visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all visitors. The RSA is an integral member of the Museum team, responsible for day-to-day operations in The Shop.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone.
  • Conduct customer transactions/interactions in a professional manner.
  • Help maintain a neat and clean Shop environment.
  • Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • The seasonal position is critical during the busy summer season, between May and September. The schedule will vary week to week, with an expected schedule between 28-32 hours a week.
  • Flexibility in schedule is required including weekends, holidays and evenings as required by the business. Schedules are posted a month at a time.

Education Requirement:
High school diploma or GED/HSED is required (must be 18 years or older).
Work Experience:
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role; ideally in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high attention to detail.
  • A comfort level with computers and ability to learn a point of sale system (i.e. processing credit cards and cash).

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
