Patriot Freight is an Amazon Delivery Partner, and are looking for delivery drivers who are self-motivated and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be able to work alone and distribute a high volume of packages within the scheduled time frame.

Patriot Freight provides vans, uniforms, and all required equipment to our DAs.

Job Description

- Pay starts at $22.25/hour.

- This is a seasonal position and will end the first week of 2025. Top employees may be offered full-time work once the seasonal position is completed.

Shifts

- Rotating schedule (including 1 weekend day), schedule can change week to week

- During Peak (November to December), 5 days per week may be required

- 10 Hour Shifts, with 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks

- Holidays and Weekends

Requirements

- Valid Driver License

- 21 years of age or older

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Must be able to complete a minimum of 25+ stops per hour

- Candidate must be able to climb steps and get in and out of delivery van over 100 times

Expectations:

-Timely and motivated - work as a team player and help out other teammates when needed 

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Utilize driving skills to navigate through traffic and follow specified routes.
- Perform heavy lifting to load and unload items from the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
- Use commercial driving techniques when operating a box truck for transportation.
- Employ forklift and pallet jack skills when handling larger or heavier items.
- Demonstrate proficiency in manual transmission for smooth driving experiences.
- Execute courier duties efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Adhere to safety protocols while loading, unloading, and driving on route.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate delivery schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.25 - $33.78 per hour
