A.M.W. Transport (AMWT) is a family-owned company and a Delivery Service Partner dedicated to providing good customer service by delivering packages timely and efficiently. We are looking for dependable individuals to join our delivery team. This is a fast-paced role that requires safely operating a delivery vehicle, efficiently managing routes, and providing exceptional customer service with every delivery. You should be comfortable being active throughout the day, lifting and moving packages, and working in various weather conditions. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED! If you take pride in delivering great service and thrive in active environments, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Base pay is $22.50 - $23+ per hour/ Make even more $$$ after bonuses & over time
  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime starts at $time and half - all work that is over 40hrs/wk turns into overtime pay

Job Description
Now boss wants me to do what?
  • Arrive at 9:30AM
  • Load delivery vehicle every morning (250+ packages)
  • Utilize GPS on company provided smartphone to navigate to make each delivery a success
  • Drive the company vehicle safely, provide great customer service
  • Deliver all packages to our customers (businesses and residential customers)
  • (Other work things and stuff!)
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license (moving violations in the last 3 years cannot be forgiven)
  • Pass both a background check and a drug test
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds (don't worry - most packages are lighter than that!)
  • Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather)
  • Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
  • Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
  • Must be available to work weekends and all scheduled days
