The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being bilingual in Spanish is a MUST to ensure we provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.

  • Maintain and update lead management systems, including scheduling consultations and follow-ups.
