Front Desk Receptionist – Pure Serenity Health Spa

We’re growing and looking for someone who truly sets the tone the moment a client walks through the door.

PART TIME 
We have a couple shifts opening & closing shifts and a min of 2 Saturdays a Month 
Tuesday – Saturday
Start time between 7–9 AM
End time: 830 PM
 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming clients and creating a calm, inviting first impression
  • Managing bookings, rescheduling, and filling last-minute openings
  • Keeping provider schedules full and flowing smoothly
  • Handling phones, texts, and client communication with ease
  • Supporting a team of 13 professionals with clear communication
  • Managing cash handling and daily transactions with accuracy
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and tracking outstanding balances
  • Collecting on outstanding payments in a professional and respectful way
  • Staying on top of daily tasks, organization, and follow-through
  • Navigating busy moments with confidence, grace, and efficiency

  • Prior receptionist experience (required)
  • Experience with cash handling and basic accounting tasks preferred
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Efficient, driven, and self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills
