  • Persons with a bachelor level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or criminal justice with no previous work experience; or
  • Persons with a bachelor level degree in any other field with at least 1 year of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescents; or
  • Persons with an associate level degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor-level degree with 3 years of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescent; or
  • Licensed practical nurse with at least 3 years of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescents.
  • Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BC-ABA.
  • MUST have a driver's license!
