Job description

Position Summary:

CAMcare Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis. This role is ideal for a physician committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with organizational standards
  • Adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license
  • DEA and CDS certification (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in a community health center or FQHC setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule:

  • Flexible part-time and/or per diem hours based on organizational needs
