Position TitlePatient Experience Advocate - Nutrition Services (Evening Shift)Job Description

Purpose & Scope: 

The Patient Experience Advocate for Nutrition Services: Contributes to the overall engagement and experience of employees, guests, caregivers and patients; Supports department managers in their daily effort in impacting the engagement and experience at every level of the organization;  Contributes to developing loyalty VHC Health.

The Patient Experience Advocate for Nutrition Services supports the Nutrition Services Team by providing leadership for Nutrition Services in the delivery of safe, sanitary, innovative, and passionate execution of services to our Employees, Patients, Customers and Hospital Caregivers in a variety of settings. This position reports to the Food Service Director/General Manager of the Nutrition Services Department. This position must adopt the ability to pivot and flex as needed to deliver on service excellence in every way.

Education: 

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: 

Customer service experience is required.

Certification/Licensure: 

None required
