Your Purpose as a Receptionist:
- Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed
- Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner
- Other duties as requested by management
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- Customer service experience required
