The Opportunity:

As an outreach and strategy professional, you know how to inform and engage key audiences and help promote an organization's desired reputation. We're looking for a multi-faceted specialist like you who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day.
As an Outreach and Strategy Specialist on our team, you'll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to guide outreach efforts, support the client's mission and vision, and keep things running smoothly.
As a collaborator on all aspects of verbal and written communications, you'll author leadership messages, talking points, workforce messages, and website content. You'll create PowerPoint briefings, respond to short-turn taskings, keep records and website content up-to-date, and support your client's engagements across the organization. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to keep the team running smoothly, anticipate their needs, and take ownership of every task. This position is located in McLean, VA.

You Have:
  • Experience writing news articles, workforce messages, weekly activity reports, briefings, and talking points
  • Experience working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, and strategic planning
  • Experience working with executives
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with website maintenance, including editing content or creating forms
  • Experience with data analytics, conducting research, identifying trends, and developing cohesive reporting and recommendations based on data
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
