Familiarity with CCTV systems, inventory tracking software, and incident reporting tools is typically required. Strong observational skills, integrity, and effective communication help you respond to incidents and interact with both customers and staff. These abilities are crucial for minimizing loss, ensuring store safety, and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
