Saint Luke's is seeking a self-driven and energetic Registered Nurse to join their dynamic Employee Health Services department. This position offers high-visibility partnership opportunities, professional growth, and specialized experience in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage the health and safety work life cycle of our employees and volunteers. You must be a resilient problem-solver who can pivot quickly between clinical tasks and administrative coordination.

Hours:

Monday - Friday. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. This position is not benefit eligible.

2 Shifts per week. 8-hour shift 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (The schedule may vary depending upon candidate, employee, and volunteer needs.)

Multi-state RN License required

  • Pre-Hire/Post-Offer Assessment: Perform independent health assessments for new candidates, volunteers, and students accepted into a Saint Luke's program; provide clinical recommendations regarding employment.

  • Clinical Services: Coordinate and execute phlebotomy, vaccinations, and respirator fit testing.

  • Injury & Exposure Management: Act as a clinical resource and case manager for workplace injuries and post-communicable disease exposures with the Workers' Compensation program.

  • Program Coordination: Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee health records using specialized computer applications and managing critical data metrics.

Autonomous Resource: Serve as a subject matter expert for various departments on employee health and safety issues without requiring constant onsite supervision.
