Position Summary:

The Parts Counter Sales Representative for second shift will play a crucial role in our Parts Department. This position involves providing excellent customer service, handling retail sales, and managing inventory. This position will provide coverage for our extended hours of operation. If youโ€™re passionate about heavy-duty trucks and enjoy interacting with customers, weโ€™d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  1. Parts Sales Process:

    • Oversee the entire parts sales process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.
    • Collaborate with the parts manager to locate any parts that are not currently in stock.
    • Fulfill special-order parts requests promptly and efficiently.
  2. Customer Communication:

    • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding parts availability, status, and delivery.
    • Provide friendly and professional assistance to both internal staff and external customers.
  3. Inventory Management:

    • Regularly monitor stock levels in storage and on shelves.
    • Assist in replenishing stock on the Parts Department sales floor as needed.
Requirements:

  • Preferred: Experience in heavy-duty parts sales.
